 The aim of the international Summer School "Econophysics and
Complexity” - to be hold in Romania, at Sinaia Caraiman Hotel, between
the 25th of August  until the 1st of September 2006 - is to gather
together students and motivated people from different communities
(Physics, Economics, Finance, Commerce, Mathematics and Engineering) to
find out about alternative sciences to be applied at the economic life.

     The ambition of the organizers is to promote open-minded,
fruitful, cross-interdisciplinary knowledge between renowned academics
of different fields, market analysts, practitioners and future
specialists.

     The participation of students will be granted by the Academy of
Economic Studies with 5 transferable credit units.

     The summer school will be followed by two Round Tables on
Alternative Sciences bridging education, research and real economy” on
the 26th of August and 2nd Of September 2006.
